Hot Springs Village is a great place to live and much of that is thanks to the hundreds of people we have on staff. The Hot Springs Village POA is putting names to some of the many faces you see here in the Village and recognizing them for all they contribute to the quality of life here.
This week, Hot Springs Village POA recognizes Cassandra Booth, Fitness Coordinator at the Coronado Fitness Center.
“I manage the Volunteer programs at the CFC, the fitness classes and wellness programs, and the weight room,” Booth said. “We lifeguard and teach classes too.”
Cassandra is a certified American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer and American Red Cross Lifeguard. She is also certified in ARC Basic Water Safety, NETA Boxing Fusion and Yogafit for Seniors and Adolescents. She is also certified SCWFIT Nutrition, Hormones and Metabolism.
Cassandra is also a Masters of Public Health student and is also earning a Homeland Security Certificate.
“I’ve been working in HSV since the Summer of 2016, but I started at the CFC in March of 2017,” Cassandra said.
Cassandra hails from the suburbs of Chicago. She is married and has two children. Her favorite college team is the Iowa Hawkeyes and her favorite thing about working in the Village is the amenities it offers.
