Hot Springs Village is a great place to live and much of that is thanks to the hundreds of people we have on staff. The Hot Springs Village POA is putting names to some of the many faces you see here in the Village and recognizing them for all they contribute to the quality of life here.
This week, Hot Springs Village POA recognizes Kristy Kellogg, the new supervisor of the Balboa Club. Kristy runs the day-to-day operations of the club. Her job entails taking care of golfer/customer needs, ordering supplies, scheduling and “making sure that we give our customers and enjoyable experience here,” Kristy said.
Kristy said her favorite thing about working in the Village is “meeting new people that travel here from all over to golf and enjoy this beautiful place.”
“I have lived/worked in the Village for about 11 years,” Kristy said. “All of those years being here at Balboa Club.”
Like many employees, Kristy chooses to live in the Village and she is also bringing up a family here.
“I am married to my loving husband Gavin,” Kristy said. “We have a beautiful daughter, Guinevere, who is four years old, and a dog, Aidan, who is a 14 year old Boxer.”
Kristy moved to Arkansas from Eaton Rapids, Michigan when she was 23. Even though she’s in Razorback Country, she stays true to her Michigan roots.
“My favorite team are the Michigan Wolverines!” Kristy said.
