Our team loves what they do and it shows. Here are just a few examples of what makes working at Hot Springs Village so great!

I love working in Hot Springs Village and my work allows me the opportunity to meet many of the Village residents. I feel blessed to work with some of the greatest people. Having worked here since 1995, I have seen many changes. I am excited and optimistic about the direction the organization that I love and have devoted much of my life to, is being directed. In my mind and heart, there is no better place to work than in Hot Springs Village.
Todd Noles, Street Department
It can’t be the best place to live if it’s not the best place to work. It is truly a thrilling time to be employed at Hot Springs Village. The Village is going through exciting re-development and that includes working in the Village. Working at Hot Springs Village encompasses everything you would want in a job. Employees are led to be their best, no matter what that task may be. Workplace conditions are created for a happy atmosphere that allows employees to do their best work and create their best ideas.
Renee Haugen
“One of the special aspects of my job is the diversity of projects that I get to work on and the people I work with. The diversity of the work that I do ensures that no day is like any other. Being employed by Hot Springs Village has allowed me to contribute not only my experience and skills, but it has also allowed me the opportunity to excel in the things that I am passionate about. Watersheds sustain life, in more ways than one, and that, I have a great passion for. Environmental issues, fisheries, water quality, habitat, aquatic vegetation, sediments, interacting with the public, and educating the public are just a few of the many things that I get to do on a daily basis. Hot Springs Village provides the resources needed to help maintain and sustain all its reservoirs while at the same time providing the employee the opportunity to expand upon their knowledge and gain experience. I get front row seats watching the process of a simple idea grow into something much larger and that is exciting because all of the reservoirs within the village, along with all other waterbodies, are important and deserve the recognition.”
