The Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association, HSVPOA, is a private, tax-exempt homeowners’ association, and the governing body of Hot Springs Village. Hot Springs Village is a gated community nestled in the Ouachita Mountains and the POA staff has the privilege of providing quality services with integrity, accountability, and innovation to Hot Springs Village property owners. The welcoming dynamic lifestyle with first class amenities makes Hot Springs Village the perfect place to live, work and play.


The POA office is in the heart of Hot Springs Village; however, our team is spread over more than 26,000 acres of beautiful scenic land. Our talented team members are a cut above the rest. There are numerous types of positions offered at the POA. We employee personnel for police, fire, waste-water, water, public works, public utilities, golf shops, golf maintenance, restaurants, marine, administration, fitness center and many more.

Jason Temple
Chief Operating Officer
Jason Temple, a Certified Professional Engineer, (P.E.) has served Hot Springs Village (HSV) for nearly six years as a former Public Works Director and Public Utility Director.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University and has over 27 years of management and project engineering experience in public works, land development, environmental, and master planning.

Jason has a diverse background as the new HSV Chief Operating Officer of Public Services.  He holds a Class ‘A’ Commercial Driver’s License and multiple water and wastewater utility operator state licenses, as well as several Professional Engineering licenses in Texas, Arkansas, and Florida.

Jamie Caperton
Chief Member Experience Officer

Jamie Caperton is a 35 year veteran of nonprofit service. She started her professional career as a registered nurse and soon moved into management positions with several corporate leaders in the health care field.

Her passion, though, is working with charities and organizations to provide superior service. She volunteered with Girls Scouts, Special Olympics and several others before making a career change to nonprofit fund-raising. She first started with the Austin Children’s Museum then moved to Texas Special Olympics as their State Fund Raising Director. She is also founder and former director of the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center. Jamie served as CEO for that organization for 10 years. In 2013, after a period of retirement, Caperton decided to return to her roots in the nonprofit world and accepted the job as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Teller County for 5 years. Recently a friend invited Jamie and her husband to experience Hot Springs Village where they fell in love with all the Village had to offer. She is excited to serve in the leadership position as Chief Member Experience Officer of this dynamic organization.
