The HSV POA does not endorse, guarantee, warrant, verify, or assume any responsibility or liability for:
- the quality, safety, accuracy, legality, condition, habitability, accessibility, compliance with laws/ordinances/POA rules, or performance of any lodging provider, rental property, or related amenities.
- the truthfulness or completeness of any listings, descriptions, photos, reviews, pricing, availability, or other information provided by property owners or agents.
- any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any property owner, rental agent, guest, or third party; or
- any injury, death, property damage, loss, theft, cancellation, dispute, or other claim arising from or related to any booking, stay, or use of a listed property.
All rental agreements, payments, bookings, cancellations, disputes, issues of habitability, guest experiences, and compliance with applicable federal, state, local laws, and HSV POA covenants/rules are solely between the guest and the individual accommodation provider/owner (or their agent). Guests and users of this program assume all risks associated with bookings and stays and are strongly encouraged to conduct their own independent due diligence, including verifying property details, owner credentials, insurance coverage, safety features, and compliance before booking or staying.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the HSV POA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this program or any listed properties.
