The RV Park in Hot Springs Village is now open to the public and offers a quiet, wooded RV retreat that feels like a true escape, yet keeps you close to all the amenities of our gated lakes-and-golf community. This private setting is a great, affordable way to stay in Hot Springs Village and experience all it has to offer, whether you are a property owner, visiting family member, or a first‑time guest discovering the Village from the inside out.
Tucked between Lake Pineda and Lake Coronado, the RV park sits in a serene, natural setting surrounded by trees, water views, and abundant wildlife. You’re inside a 26,000‑acre gated community with lakes, golf courses, beaches, trails, and more just a shortdrive from your site, giving you the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.
The park offers 21 spacious RV sites, including 12 pull‑through sites (1–12) and 9 back‑in sites (13–21), giving you flexibility for different RV sizes and driving preferences. Every site includes full‑service hookups with water, sewer, and 30/50‑amp electrical service, as well as convenient internet access, for a comfortable, worry‑free stay.
Each RV pad includes a picnic table, grill, and fire ring so you can relax outdoors, cook out, and enjoy evenings under the stars. Back‑in sites 13–21 also feature concrete picnic slabs for a cleaner, more stable outdoor setup, making it easy to extend your living space outside your RV. Pets are welcome and must be properly restrained and picked up after.
To preserve the quiet, natural experience, the park does not have on‑site restrooms or showers, so all RVs must be fully self‑contained. Registered RV guests may use shower facilities at the nearby Coronado Fitness Center during their stay, adding extra convenience while maintaining the park’s peaceful atmosphere.
The RV park is open year‑round, allowing you to experience all four seasons in Hot Springs Village—from fall foliage and spring blooms to summer lake days and mild winter getaways. With a short drive from your site, you can spend the day on the water or the course and return to a quiet camp at night.

Pricing for 2026 makes it simple and budget‑friendly to plan your stay. The RV Park HSV Member rate is $36.00 per night, the RV Park HSV Family Card rate is $46.00 per night, and the RV Park Non‑Member (public guest) rate is $50.00 per night. The RV Park is open to the public and a great affordable way to stay in Hot Springs Village and experience all it has to offer, with full hookups, internet access, and easy access to lakes, golf, trails, and community amenities all from a welcoming home base inside the gates.
The RV Park has an onsite Camp Host to assist guests of the park. Pets are welcome. They should be properly restrained and owners are responsible for picking up any waste.
